The Working Principle of Concrete Pump With Diesel Engine

The pump drives the oil entering into the main cylinder through the hydraulic system. When one piston in the pumping cylinder extends, the hydraulic system makes the other piston rebound through pressurized oil in the sealing pipeline. The concrete conveying piston connected to the main cylinder piston rod is self-absorption in the conveying cylinder. The concrete in the hopper is sucked into the conveying cylinder through the suction port of the slide valve under the effect of atmospheric pressure and the mixing blades. At the same time, under the action of oil pressure, the other main cylinder promotes the extension of piston rod and pushes the piston to convey concrete in the cylinder through pressure, the d then the concrete enters the pipelines through Y pipeline in the slide valve outlet. After completion of above procedures, the system changes the direction to press oil into another main cylinder, completing another different delivery process. So repeatedly, concrete in the hopper can be continuously delivered to Y pipeline. Through the pipeline, the concrete can reach working point to complete the pumping work.

Notices When You Are Using Diesel Concrete Pump For Sale

With regard to the most commonly used machines in the operation, it is necessary to pay more attention to the relevant details of its using, because this is the key to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. Therefore, it is important to attract the attention of every operator, so as to improve the good performance of the diesel concrete pumps.

1. After operation, the concrete in the hopper and in the pipe must be fully cleaned, and then the pump, hopper and pipe must be washed in time. When the pipe is flushed with compressed air, no person shall stand within 10 m in front of the end of the pipe, and the washing balls and sand particles should be collected by the metal basket, etc. The part of concrete solidified can be removed by scraper to ensure the safety and convenience of the next work.

2. Run the two side pistons into the cleaning room and lubricate them. Add lubricating oil to the place that should be lubricated because applying oil can prevent them becoming rust.

3. It is easy to block at the feed inlet, the S valve and the conveying pipeline. So you need to take some measures to avoid this situation. For example, avoid 90°and S-shaped bend as far as possible when installing and designing pipes. The pipeline should be checked frequently. If the pump pipe is worn in one direction, the tube should be replaced in time. If the thickness of tube is too thin, the new pipe should be replaced in time which avoids to cause the phenomenon of blocking due to the replacement of the pipeline for a long time.

4. After using, the switches of diesel driven trailer concrete pump should be in the stop or disconnect position.

5. Thoroughly clean up the construction site.
